White-legged shrimps, alimango (mud crabs), bangus (milkfish) and tilapia are among the products of aquafarming in Carmen.

The three-hectare Carmen Brackishwater Fish Farm in barangay Cogon East is being run by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (Bfar-7) and is producing milkfish, mud crabs and tilapia.

At the neighboring barangay in Luyang, meanwhile, the Golden Harves Pond, Inc. operated by Antonio Y. Carcel is producing shrimps at their 20-hectare farm.
